As a successor to the Press Load Monitor PLM01, we have newly released the PLM02. While the PLM01 achieved process visualization for press machines and molds, the PLM02 now allows for standard 4-channel connections of high-precision piezoelectric strain sensors, enabling more detailed management and analysis. The new production preparation mode allows for comparison of production conditions with those during the last good product production before mass production, and the addition of a dynamic parallelism monitoring mode enables more detailed monitoring and management of each column or the processes of four mold surfaces due to the 4-channel capability, making it a device specialized for process monitoring of press machines. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us through our website.
